Current process: Get content -> Design structure -> create HTML -> share on Salesforce

Noticed the only update was the content, redundant effort to organize the rest

Created a skill to write content with the help of the UX writer

Built a tool to use same HTML table structure and replace content with just a prompt

New process: Enter a prompt -> get the email -> tweak copy -> share on Salesforce.

What possibly went wrong?

If this works:

  1. The tool would include even the customer facing emails as well.

  2. It would allow users to choose from templates: 4 for customers, and 1 for partners, but different banners for different use case
